Shipping / Seizures / Damages

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped items will be reshipped free of charge but due to the
nature of the goods refunds or product returns are not an option. If your product is detained, we will ship once free of charge once we have tracked the item and confirmed the seizure. If it happens again, we will ship with a 50% discount of total value, including shipping.
