Puchased  through a reseller. How do I know it’s genuine?

We offer a number of security features that our competitors don’t. Our boxes are sealed with security holograms so that you will know if the product has been tampered with. We also have a QR security code on the inside of the lid so you can check to make sure you have a genuine product. To verify the authenticity of your product, please click Here.

Your Products say 98%+ Pure but others claim to be 99% and 99.7% also, is this correct?

The Melanotan 2 we purchase is from an FDA registered facility and is the highest purity available. Most batches are over 99% pure but on occasion we have seen as low 98.8%. Any vendor claiming to have 99.7% purity is not being honest as each individual batch will be slightly different. At TanPlus we pride ourselves and build our business model on honesty and integrity.

Extended life, what does this mean?

Unfortunately Melanotan 2 is susceptible to degradation, it is very sensitive to heat, oxidation and not being in a solution that’s the correct pH. Once reconstituted it becomes less potent over time. We have solved this problem by adding a preservative used in pharmaceutical preparations of peptides and growth hormone called m-cresol. While our competitors’ products lose potency in 4-6 weeks, ours last for over a year.

How do I store my product?

Keep it refrigerated between 2-8°C. Do not freeze or shake.

 

How do I use my product?

Please note that your product is for research purposes. One spray up to four times a day is a common loading dose used to achieve a tan. For maximum results two sprays are commonly used 30 minutes prior to sun or artificial UV exposure. Once a desired depth of colour is achieved 1 spray per day is a common maintenance dose.

We are sorry but due to nature of goods we cannot offer a refund.

My order is broken, what do I do?

We secure and bubble wrap your products the best we can but on rare occasions breakages can happen. Contact info@tanplus.co.uk with a picture of the broken items. As soon as this is approved by a member of our team we will reship

what to do if I received the wrong item?

Simply contact our team at info@tanplus.co.uk with your order number and attach an image of the incorrect items. As soon as this is approved by a member of our team we will reship right away, and you get to keep the original order too!

I have put in the wrong address, what do i do?

Please contact us immediately at info@tanplus.co.uk and put (URGENT WRONG ADDRESS) as the title. If we have not yet shipped your order we will change it for you. If it has already shipped there is not much we can do sorry.

Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

Do you offer any affiliate schemes?

Do you ship same day?

Orders received before 7am weekdays will ship that same day, Orders received after 7am will  be shipped the following day.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We offer two UK domestic shipping options. Royal Mail Special (next day delivery) delivery, which include Saturday delivery and 2nd Class signed for which can take up to 4 working days.
